When you book a service or contact us through this site, we collect:

• Your name and contact details (phone, email)
• Vehicle information you provide (make, model, condition notes)
• The services you request and any notes you send us
• Basic technical data from your browser (e.g. anonymous analytics events)

We do not collect payment card numbers on this site. Payments, when applicable, are handled in person or through a separate provider.

• To contact you about your booking and confirm appointment details
• To prepare estimates and invoices for the work you request
• To improve the website and understand which services are most useful

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

The site is built on the Lovable platform and hosted on managed cloud infrastructure. Practical controls in place:

• HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit for every page and API call
• Database access protected by row-level security policies
• Admin access protected by authentication and role checks
• Secrets and API keys stored as managed environment secrets, never in client code

No service can guarantee absolute security. We rely on the security capabilities provided by our hosting and database platform alongside the practices above; this page is not a certification or independent audit.

We use a small amount of first-party storage to keep you signed in to the admin area and to record anonymous analytics events (such as which services are viewed or booked). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Bookings, estimates, and invoices are kept so we can service repeat customers and meet normal business record-keeping needs. You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time using the contact below; we will remove it unless we are required to keep a record for tax or legal reasons.
